Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo/video of the issue and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

  • Customer-paid return shipping for returns due to preference (changed mind, ordered wrong item, etc.).

  • If the item is defective/damaged, we will cover return shipping or provide a solution without requiring a return when appropriate.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Banks/card providers may take additional time to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., consumables, used items, or items marked final sale).
