We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

A clear photo/video of the issue and packaging
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Return Shipping

Customer-paid return shipping for returns due to preference (changed mind, ordered wrong item, etc.).

If the item is defective/damaged, we will cover return shipping or provide a solution without requiring a return when appropriate.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Banks/card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., consumables, used items, or items marked final sale).
